ST3510 Cant connect to the controller

Hi all,

I have an issue with a ST3510.
After i have upgraded to the latest FW version i can not connect to the serial neither via a telnet session.
I have rebooted that system so many times and still nothing on the console via a serial connection.

Could somebody explain to me what todo.
i really need that storage
