Internal Requisition hierarchy

Dear All,We use Zantel Position Hierarchy for all   Internal Requisitions. Currently for all requisitions  ends on the HOD of the requestor! However management has decided that All requisition should go to Head of Procurement after their respective HOD. My question is how can I implement this?
