Storage 6140 - Disk bypassed status

After rebooting the array 6140  a couple of disk became suddenly bypassed. How do I can change the state of the disks. We 16 disk and 5 of them became bypassed after the reboot. Any shed on this? There is a way to change this status or a replacement is needed.
