Insatall OEM Database Control / Remote_Login_passwordfile

Hi,

is it mandatory for the repository creation that the remote_login_passwordfile is set to exclusive?

Or is it only nessecary if I want to login into the OEM as sysdba or sysoper.

If so, I wouldn't need it, because I only want to login as normal.

The problem is that our companies security settings say, that the remote_login_passwordfile must be set to none.

Can anyone tell me?
