Assigning Deliver To addresses to a specific Ship To address within single Party (Customer)

Is there a way to assign a Deliver To Address under a Customer Ship To usage?

Ex:

Oracle Customer Number (Party)

     Bill To Usage 1

             Ship To Usage A                                                     Ship To Usage B

                 Deliver To Usage a                                                          Deliver to Usage c

                 Deliver To Usage b                                                          Deliver to Usage d

When placing an order, currently able to place an Order for the Customer with Bill To 1, Ship To Usage A, and Deliver To a/b/c/d.

Would like to have system only allow for Order for the Customer with Bill To 1, Ship To Usage A, Deliver To a/b.

OR  Order with specified Bill To 1, Ship To Usage B, Deliver To b/c.
