Error Code: 201 Unable To Reach Supplier Site

We have recently started receiving this error "Error Code: 201 Unable To Reach Supplier Site" for one of our suppliers during punchout to their site. When contacted the suppliers says they have revised their certificate. I think that might be causing the problem . Now we are using the ca-bundle.crt default certificate file. Does anyone knows how  we can resolve this issue ?
