Unable to amend price in PO

I have just autocreated a PO from PR. I want to change the price but cannot. An error would always appears whenever I try to change the price. Error appears as "FRM-40654. Record has been updated. Requery block to see".  Why is it so?  Have anyone encountered this problem before. Thanks.
