URL Redirect of EBS login page

Hi,
Is there a way in apache or in EBS that uses URL redirection? I am requested to provide a friendly URL for end users short cuts.

The system URL is http://hr.corp.me.net:8000

Then there is the applications manager plus the E Business suite login. The login URL will be http://hr.corp.me.net:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp?langCode=US

I want to use friendly URL to redirect to the long login URL page. I would use http://hrms


Please help.
