Oralce Enterprise Ops Center - How to register Enterprise Controller ?

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
We have installed Oracle Enterprise Ops Center without selection to "register enterprise controller in the install phase.
Now i can see that the "Register Enterprise Controller" option is greyd out in the OEOC GUI.

how can i register my Enterprise Controller to Oracle again manually?
