Power Sequencer on 6920 sp0 changed from "ERR_TIMEOUT" to "ERROR"

 Dear All,
 I am getting the below errors on 6920 Storage:

1.Power sequencer on 6920 sp0 changed from "ERR_TIMEOUT" to ERROR:Check power returned nothing! (ERROR:check power returned nothing)

Event code: 20.2.110

Probable cause : The Power Sequencer has changed to a negative state.

2.The State of array00.sysVolSlicelsEnabled on array00 is [undefined] (previous "State" was yes telnet shell activity in the last 60 minutes

info: The vol slice feature is possible in 6020+firmware 3.1 and above

3. I could not able to access configuration service on the web console


Please anyone suggest the fix for the above issues.
