Error encountered while registering as site visitor in iRecruitment

Hi, I am encountering the following error when I am trying to login as the site visitor on the site visitor page in iRecruitment.

You cannot use this site to apply for jobs

I am using the seeded iRecruitment external site visitor responsibility and have attached all the profile options to best of my knowledge. Can anybody suggest what is missing?
