svcadm enable /network/login:rlogin

Have a T1000 server running Solaris 10. 

Using tip hardwire to troubleshoot, start services, and dependents using svcadm. Some services start, others do not start.

 # svcadm enable /network/login:rlogin

State            Stime       FMRI

uninitialized   9:46:02  /network/login:rlogin

Besides uninitalized some services are in a maintenace state.

How do I initialize a FMRI or get them out of maintenance mode?
