Deductions and Benefits aren't calculating

I've just ran my first biweekly payroll for a series of employees in 2012.  None of the benefits or deductions are caclulating whatsoever.  Gross wages are being calculated correctly...so are taxes.  The issue is solely for benefits and deductions. 

I've already processed my weekly payroll - and haven't encountered any issues.

Ideas?
