LUNS are Showing WWN but not Full LDEV Details

We are Having SAN Storagetek 9985v, we are allocating LUNS for Solaris 10 Server.

In OS, pulished LUNS are showing with WWN only, but not showing LDEV nos. Output of format command is as follows,
