Login Screen appears instead of Report or Dashboard - CRMOD

We are getting an issue while in CRMOD when we click to a report or dashboard.  Instead of the report / dashboard loading in the IFRAME of CRMOD a login page displays.  It is as if the session authentication is not being passed to the IFRAME call.

This is currently only happening on Windows XP running IE8.  We cannot duplicate the error on Vista 64 bi running IE7.

Has anyon else com across this issue?  Do you ave a solution?

I expect that the problem will be in the IE settings, searching for Oracle's recommendations at the moment.
