internet procurement requisition numbers

We are upgrading to R12 from 11.5.10.  We have a set of books that uses iprocurement for all requisition entry.  The automatic number scheme for the iproc reqs doesn't comr from the Purchasing SuperUser/Setup/Organization/Purchasing Options.  I can't remember where the numbers come from.  Could someone please guide me there?  Thanks much.
