"open service request" - device not registered in my oracle support
Ops center 11gupd3 is in connected mode I ran custom discovery on an asset and managed it.
I then ran "register assets" , selecting the OS and server assets related to this server.
however, when I click on a problem and try to open a service request I get an error that the "device not registered in my oracle support". Am I missing a step somewhere?
