delpoying an agent without ability to login directly to oracle linux account - locked account

Current linux environment has oracle account direct ssh disabled or locked.
Logins to oracle account are done via su - oracle.

I realize that I can use rpm or silent install to deploy an agent but think how would patching and other host related work be done from 12c .

Any suggestions?  Was reading about privilege delegation and will experiment with it.
