Not able to login with Username and Password which i use for EBS into wms Hyperterminal

Hi,
I am not able to loginto the wms hyperterminal mobile application with the userID and password i created in EBS . It says NO RESPONSIBILITY . Can you pls guide me which responsibility to be added for WMS  to use mobile applications .
