storage 6140 array battery replaced but status is still "enabled but offline with error"

Hi,

I had storage 6140 disk array and its both batteries has been failed. I had two batteries in backup so i went with battery replacement. I had replaced controller A battery with the new one by following service advisor instructions but after replacement battery status (in cam) is still the same i.e. :enabled but offline with error". but LED status has been changed from "amber" to "blue and green'. Is there any problem with the new battery or with the storage?

Please help.
