HOW TO TRANSFER COMMUNITY PROFILE FROM EXISTING CSI NUMBERTO ANOTHER CSI (Login id will be same)

 Hi,

 I will be appointed under a new project , so my Support Identifier (CSI) will  be changed. But my Userid will be same. Can it be possible to transfer current profile points to my new identifier?
