Changing IP addresses of QFS metadata server and clients

Hi
We have a policy to use temporary staging IP addresses before the server is released to production environment. The problem here is once the IP addresses of the metadata server and client changed to production segment, all the corresponding qfs file system failed to be mounted.

I need help on how to properly propagate the OS IP addresses changes to qfs configuration. What to be done on metadata server and also client site.
Tried to search around but cant find any proper document on that. My Company only bought license for QFS thus the archive manager packages (SAM) are not installed.
