Replaced SE3510 FC Array Controller Module, still showing failed status, missing battery and "used"

I had an Oracle/SUN tech replaced one of the dual controllers.  But I had him replace the unit.  It was showing a missing battery, a failed redundancy, bad/used disks.  Now that we switch to a new controller module.  I corrupted my databases, both my batteires are showing as not-exsiting/OK, the redudancy is still failed.  I understand about the SES firmware being higher on the new unit and the implications.  How can I get a download of the lastest 3510 SES firmware.  My equipment is at end of life, and I am trying to upgrade to another SAN device that has
