WEB ADI - Create document returns to login page

Hi,

We have two instances SIT and DEV (12.1.3).  DEV is a recent clone of SIT.  I am able to create document (ADI excel template) from DEV instance but not SIT on the same desktop.  I have made all the necessary marcro settting and browser setting for WEB ADI.

Problem summary

1) Log into GL supersuer.

2) N> Journals >Launch Journal Wizard

3) self service page opens

4) Select the layout (Functionals Acutal - Single)

5) Click create documents

6) Return to login page.  (This problem happens only for SIT instance and not DEV instance on the same desktop.  DEV is clone of SIT).
