Hello Support Team,
I currently installed a storagetek 6140 expansion tray to an existing storagetek 6140 controller while online, and everything thing was fine.
I was able to see the additional capacity added, but the problem is that I can't clear the alarm (event notification) that occur during the addition of the new expansion tray.
The alarm reads "Enclosure tray Tray00 lost redundancy, working channel:2"
I have tried deleting this alarm using the command line "sscs remove -f 6140 alarm", "sscs remove -f 6140 alarm" and "sscs remove -f 6140 alarm" all to no avail. I keep getting the error that 0 of 5 alarm is remove etc.
