WEb Adi Upload takes to the login Screen

I create a excel document through the WEB - ADI  and I am able to open the .xls , edit and then through the add-ins i am able to upload the information.

But once i create the .XLS and save it to my local machine and then try try opning and uploading, it takes me to the login screen even if i have the applicatin logged in .

Please let me know how to prevent getting the login screen and the system uploads the information automatically when i open my .xls from my desktop

I have tried setting the profile  "BNE Redirect Portal URL"  but still when i upload it takes me to the login Screen.
