Problem assigning a Job value to an employee

Hi,

I am testing the labour standard cost rates functionality and I want to define a employee assigned to a specific job and define a rate schedule in Oracle Projects for the job assigning a cost rate, so that when I enter a transaction for the employee that belongs to the job I can verify that takes the rate associated with the job.

I could create the job in HR and define the rate schedule for the job in oracle projects but cannot select the job in the Employees Assignments.

HR is not fully installed.

Which can be the reason for the issue?
