Does 5.2 require maxphys to be set

We have been setting the following memory parms in our /etc/system file on solaris 10 for all our samqfs 5.2 installs is this still needed:

set maxphys=0x800000
set sd:sd_max_throttle=16
set ssd:ssd_max_throttle=16
