Change of Addtress to reflect Install address in MOS, rather than Registered office address

Hello Experts,
I have a customer who is a Systems Global Top Account in India and has 2000+ systems under Oracle Premier Support as part of their contract with oracle. There are systems spread at 7-8 locations within India whicha re part of same contracts. However the P.O for Premier Support Contract given by customer mentions Registered Office address and not the address of the install location of individual systems.

As a result of this the address for all the systems in MOS while they log SR is reflected as Registered office address and not the exact install address. I know that the address can be modified by the customer while they log Service Request, however customer is intrested in making a 1 time address change in our database for all systems to reflect their actual install address. Is this possible, if this is possible what is the process and who within Oracle has to initiate the process?
