EFT in Oracle Payments

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3.  I would like to hear from someone who has worked on EFT as I read in Implementation Guide that Oracle has partned with. 3 third parties for EFT payments and I need to know more about them, more so because it is a Federal agency and our bank is US Treasury.
