Clarification required on step to excute Register new products

Hi,

By using Oracle maintenance wizard, In the Post-Update Tasks Category --> While execute Register new products patch step, had some recommendation to follow.

     Navigation path:   Category: Post-Update Tasks > Product Family: Post-Update Tasks > Task: 4 - Register new products

• The New Products added will not automatically be registered in your database. If you intend to use any of the new products, you must use License Manager to register them. Refer to Oracle    Applications Release 11.5.10 Maintenance Pack Installation Instructions for instructions.

Please confirm, whether we need to follow recommendation?
