ST6780 not prefer controller problem

Hi
Our company have Sun Storage 6780 Array, and it has often encountered the error above. It happens so may times, about 2 or 3 times per month and each time this error appears, the host connected to the ST6780 is automatically restarted. We checked the status of ST670 hardware, the Host connected to it, the SAN Switch, all of them is Optimal, after that we performed the redistribute volume to turn the affected volumes back to its prefer controller. However it dose not resolve the problem permanently because this error still repeat so may times. So we were recommended to
