CAM 6.9 Service Advisor not available for 6140

Hi All,
I have installed CAM 6.9 on Linux RHEL 6.0 with Patch 147418-01 and Patch 147662-02.
One Storage is registered, Type 6140 Firmware 07.60.63.10.
I can not access the Service Advisor.
"Service advisor package not installed for this type of device.

Can everyone help me?
