BI Publisher - Schedule Reports tab requires relogin

Has anyone else out here applied the 'Update for BI Publisher Enterprise 10.1.3.4.2 May 2012' which is Patch 14114678  to correct the scheduled reports issue in Siebel 8.1.1.x?
And if so, did it work for you?

We recently applied that patch to our Dev BI Pub system and are still experiencing issues with being asked to login to BIP.
System looks like the Header of the BIP MyJobs authenticated correctly, but when the body of the pages tries to get pulled up it appears it cannot access the security information and requires it again.
