Demantra Login Failed Error

We are getting the error Login Failed when we login to CWB

The Java Console error says"ERROR dpweb.servlet :: maxHostConnections must be greater than 0
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: maxHostConnections must be greater than 0"

Any idea what is causing the issue?..We are completely Building a new environment with AIX 6.1 and Oracle Application server.
