issue with punchout in iproc

Hello

I hava an issue with punchout in iproc. We are in 11.5.10.2

There is a punchout in the iproc responsibilty.

The issue is: Windows 7 has been implemented for some users. One user has access to 2 different iproc responsibilties for different operating units. For one of the iproc responsibility, after windows 7 applied nothing has changed. But for the other iproc responsibility ,  once the user finishs buying and try to see the shopping cart  in iproc window, the system requires the application  user password again and shows the log in page.

It is kind of strange, isn't it?
