Install, Upgrades & Change Mgmt - JDE1 (MOSC)

JDE Version : 8.12
OS : Windows XP
Logged in to PY environment with DEVELOPER role.

I get the following error when I access web from EnterpriseOne Solution Explorer --> Tools --> EnterpriseOne Menu.

 An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator.
I have read the Document ID 662594.1, but the SQL Server settings are correct.

I attached jde_xxxx.log and jderoot_xxxx.log files.
Anything else to check ?

Following a change in server name, we changed the JDE.INI and JDBJ.INI to reflect new changes(replaced Server and Database with new entries). The local web was working fine after this modification.
