How to Create One-on-One Blanket Release for a Purchase requisition

 Hi            We have a requirement to create One Blanket Release for each Purchase requisition created against a drop ship sales order. We have all the required setups done (ASL, Sourcing, Item, Vendor, BPA)  for the drop ship cycle.  We also enabled the functionality to create One requisition for a Dropship SO. 

The issue we have is, when there are multiple requisitions for a same vendor/site......the "Create releases" function groups them all and creates One Release.   We need One Blanket release for each Dropship SO/Requisition.

I did go thro couple of metalink notes which mentioned to Configure CREATEPO workflow. I checked the attributes of this workflow but am not sure which attribute to configure.
