Receiving question concerning subinventory

We converted to 11.5.10 from 11.5.9 less than 2 weeks ago.

A user insists that the destination subinventory name was displayed when in the Receipts screen (RCVRCERC) - even for items with Standard Receipt and Inspection Required. I'm of the view that subinventory did not display until ready to deliver. I have screen shots from 11.5.7 proving that but not 11.5.9.

Did 11.5.9 display subinventory at the initial receipt stage for items other than Direct Delivery?
