EBS R12.1.3 - Users need to login again and again - how to solve?

Hi,
We did an upgrade from R11 to R12. In R11 it was not required to relogin the day - so the session was open 24 hours.

In R12.1.3, we see a total different behavior, the session sometimes requests a re-login after 5 minutes, after 10 minutes. If you just turn away for a check and come back to R12, you need a re-login. Since this is by now our test environment, this is very frustrating.

What can I do to set, let's say, the re-login period to 4 hours at least?
