Records getting stuck in “RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE” with PROCESSING_MODE_CODE as ONLINE in IR/ISO

In IR ISO cycle after shipment done from order management records getting stuck in “RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE” with following statusPROCESSING_STATUS_CODE > PendingPROCESSING_MODE_CODE > ONLINETRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE > PENDINGProfile option “RCV: Processing Mode” set as Immediate at site level.We have a data fix where we change the “PROCESSING_MODE_CODE” to “Batch” and then run of Receiving Transaction Processor.But this issue is occurring very frequently and we are not sure why at all it’s going in online mode and getting stuck in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE when the profile RCV: Processing Mode” set as Immediate . This is not happening for all the cases but randomly.anyone has any idea about the
