Cannot Delete Lines from Returned Requsitions

Hi,

We are using iProcurement to raise Purchase Requsitions , but if a PR is Returned by the Buyer to the Requestor to make some amendments the User is not able to Delete Lines in the Purchase Requsition.

Is this the Intended Functionality ?
