Payroll Register error R07200

While processing a pre-payroll in JDE we encountered a R07200 error where the job has an error.  When we look at the Work Center the employees identified are those who have a future hire on date than the date of the payroll.  Could this be why?  Is there a list of error items that I could use as a resource within this site?
