Unable to Login to BI Publisher 10g after changing the Security Model to Siebel Security

 HI,

I have installed BI Publisher 10g and trying to integrate with Siebel 8.2 Public Sector. In this process, I have logged into BI Publisher and tried enabling the Siebel security.

After changing the security model in BIP to Siebel Security ,I am unable to login into BI Publisher and getting “login failed, please retry”

Also, I am unable to get the log messages in BI Publisher. Based on few BIP blogs, I have freshly created a new text file with renaming it as xmldebug and copied and paste the below 2 lines and restarted the BIP server and tried seeing the log messages in the newly created debug file but could not see any log info. Please help me on how to setup log file for BI Publisher 10g version.
