Cannot login Virtual Machine Console

Dear All,
I just completed import physical machine to virtual machine then I created VM from this Template.

I don't why when I start run Virtual Machine and click Lunch Console, the VNC Authentication appears to type password, I type password of console that I set before virtual machine is converted but after click OK buuton, it see nothing.

Please help to check the log of this virtual machine running.
