WebCenter Sites Login Shows "Central Authentication Service by JASIG & Nothing Else

I have finished installing WebCenter Sites and I think I have it up and running properly.

However when I login with FWADMIN account all I see is something that says my login was succesful and JASIG Central Authentication Service (CAS).

Why don't I get a drop-down to work with Sites?  I installed the demo sites.
