Custom HTML login page for forms 11gR2

Hi Experts,

I would like to use Custom HTML login page for my HRMS application

I follow the oracle support document Id. 279636.1

Custom HTML Page.

User Name:

Password:

I would like to pass this user name & password to my syslogin.fmx form and want to bypass Syslogin.fmx authentication, i am checking application user authentication on syslogin,fmx form. 

Is it possibe ?
