Assigning templates to the reports at Runtime based on the user's selection in portal

Can someone please suggest me is there a way to assign a template to a report at runtime ? 

For example: I have a report created with no template in it and when it runs it should select based on the user option from the portal. Consider that if a user has an option to select a list of choices in the portal to download or view the report in several templates (Confidential, Draft, Duplicate etc - watermark templates). Whether it is possible to achieve such feature in Oracle Reports 10g ? If possible, please provide the details.
