disk status removed - new stk6140 tray

Hi All,I have a issue with me stk6140 array. the array configuration is: 1*3 = 2FC + 1SATA.
I recently had a new FC tray : 1*4 = 3FC + 1 SATA.
My problem is the following:
-When i connect 400GB(PN:540-7379) disks ( 16 disks), the disk green status LED is OK. But the status in the CAM is "removed"
-When i used removed a 400GB hotspare disk from another tray an connect it to the new tray, it works fine and is visible in the CAM.
-But the new 400GB disks don't work in the other array.
-When i connect 300GB, it works fine. I can see it in the CAM.
