Issues Installing Sun Common Array Manager 6.9

I am having issues installing the Sun common array manager 6.9 on a new server. The server is running server 2008 R2 and has been patched. I have installed Java 6 and also jarva 2 sdk standard edition v1.3.1_20. When i run the installer it is failing because it is unable to detect java 2 standard edition.

Any Help Would be greatly appreciated!!
